Act fast. Pick it up by the crown (not the root), gently rinse, and keep it in milk or in your cheek. Best results if you’re seen within an hour — call on your way.
Severe toothache
Rinse with warm salt water and take over-the-counter pain relief as directed. Don’t place aspirin directly on the gum — it can burn the tissue.
Swelling or abscess
